Executive - Human Resources (Recruitment)

Lead recruitment for executive and non-executive roles, including large islandwide campaigns. What you will do: - Set talent acquisition plans and manage hiring from start to finish - Run campaigns, use many sourcing channels and build talent pipelines and employer branding - Arrange casual, temporary and part-time staff supply - Track recruitment KPIs and prepare manpower reports - Manage recruitment budgets, advertising costs and third-party payments - Keep records and follow IMS procedures, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 What you need: - At least 2 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment, preferably in distribution or supply chain - Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management - Employment law knowledge, with blue-collar and white-collar hiring experience - Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 - Applicant tracking systems and HR software, with strong communication and confidentiality
