1.What we collect and why
- Phone number - given when you apply or chat with us on WhatsApp, so the employer and our assistant can reach you. Stored encrypted; never put in links or analytics.
- What you ask our WhatsApp assistant - to find matching jobs for you.
- Applications and CVs - shared only with the employer you apply to, with your consent.
- WhatsApp messages - to run the assistant and improve quality. Kept for 12 months.
2.Who sees your data
Employers see your details only when you apply to their job. Our staff access data only when needed, and every access is logged.
3.Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data through our contact page, using the phone number or email you applied with. We complete requests within 30 days.
4.Marketing and alerts
We do not send job alerts or marketing messages. We only email you about your own application or job post.
5.Service providers
We use cloud hosting, a WhatsApp Business provider, an email provider, a payment gateway and an AI language service. The AI provider may not train on your data.
