Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Lead employee relations and HR for the business unit's plant, working with labour and government authorities. What you will do: - Create and carry out the unit's Works HR strategy - Oversee statutory compliance and roll out Group HR initiatives - Drive engagement, welfare, retention and grievance handling - Manage HR operations and teams, including manpower planning and payroll coordination What you need: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management - At least 5 years leading the Works HR function in a large plant (mandatory) - Knowledge of employee and industrial relations, HR technology and outsourced partners
