Technical Lead - Agent Platform

Lead the team building WSO2's platform for deploying and governing enterprise AI agents, mixing hands-on development with leadership. What you will do: - Design and build features such as agent lifecycle management, AI gateways and cloud dataplanes - Make architecture decisions for fast, secure multi-tenant microservices - Write module specifications, REST and gRPC contracts and data models - Keep code quality high through reviews and unit, integration and performance tests - Own CI/CD, releases, technical debt and performance - Lead sprint planning, estimates and delivery tracking, and mentor engineers What you need: - BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar - 5 to 8+ years building distributed enterprise products or cloud services, with 2+ years as a technical lead, lead architect or team lead - Distributed systems, microservices, API design, Kubernetes and Docker - Strong coding in Java, Go, Python or C/C++ - Excellent communication and leadership - Advantages: agent frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen, MCP, LLM gateways, RAG or vector databases, AI tracing tools WSO2 also offers flexible working culture, a vacation plan and family health insurance.
