Consultant - SAP HCM Payroll

Implement and support SAP Payroll solutions with HR, Finance and IT teams. What you will do: - Help implement, configure, maintain and support SAP Payroll - Write functional specifications and documents - Run unit, integration and user acceptance tests - Investigate and resolve payroll issues - Support data migration, validation, schemas and rules under senior guidance - Ensure compliance with labour law, tax and company policy - Support upgrades and patches, help users and run knowledge transfer sessions What you need: - Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Finance or similar - 2 to 3 years with an HRIS or payroll system, preferably SAP HCM - Understanding of payroll, Sri Lankan tax rules and employee benefits - Excel and Microsoft Office, ticketing tools and incident management - Strong analysis, communication and documentation - Preferred: SAP HCM Payroll and PA.
