Team Lead - Financial Services

Handle senior accounting work for foreign clients, lead a team when needed and report on team performance. UK working hours (12:30 to 9:30 PM) and UK calendar. What you will do: - Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss by site or region - Post journals, including bank journals and period-end adjustments - Do bank and card reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, and investigate variances - Work with NetSuite, SAP, Tableau and Power BI - Keep data accurate and meet audit requirements What you need: - Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in a related field - More than 3 years of experience, including management accounting - Microsoft Office, leadership, communication and client management skills - Ability to work under pressure and to SLAs - Advantage: experience with foreign clients
