Executive - Finance & Operations

A mix of finance and operations work in the group's Plantation Services Sector, handling tea and rubber sales. Competitive pay and benefits. What you will do: - Manage receivables, process receipts, check payments and reconcile sales - Follow up outstanding balances and manage buyer accounts, cancellations and VAT matters - Process electronic and manual delivery orders, and support sales settlement - Work with buyers, brokers and warehouse teams to solve problems - Follow CBA, CTTA and internal control rules, and support audits - Raise purchase orders, prepare reports, dashboards and presentations, and help with the Annual Report What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar - Strong analysis, reconciliation and reporting skills - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint - Good communication and stakeholder skills - Advantages: part or full CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA or CMA, 1 to 2 years of finance, audit or similar experience, and ERP systems
