Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Run WSO2's sales commission process and strengthen its accuracy and controls. What you will do: - Handle monthly commission and incentive processing, and administer commission plans - Keep data correct in Salesforce and Spiff, including account and opportunity ownership - Run reconciliations and validation checks, and investigate discrepancies - Handle commission changes for new hires, role changes, transfers and exits - Be the main contact for sales staff on commission questions and disputes - Manage clawbacks, adjustments, cancellations and write-offs - Set up audit trails and sign-offs before files go to Payroll and Finance, and improve or automate the process What you need: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Accounting See the original ad for the full list of qualifications and skills.
