Senior Manager - Technical & Quality

Lead the factory's technical and quality functions so products are right first time and meet customer and compliance standards. What you will do: - Lead technical and quality operations - Drive production readiness and manage risk - Ensure product quality, compliance and customer satisfaction - Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence - Work across teams and build team capability What you need: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Clothing Technology, Textile Engineering or Statistics - 5 to 8+ years in technical, quality or manufacturing operations in apparel - Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric and product quality, production engineering, compliance, data analysis and problem-solving
