Deliver factory projects at Avissawella on time to raise capacity use, efficiency and plant performance.
What you will do:
- Plan project activities and finish them on time
- Bring in new concepts with the project consultant
- Analyse and evaluate results
- Coach and train project team members
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Clothing Technology, or an NDT
- 4 to 6+ years in apparel operations management
- 3 to 4 years of industrial engineering experience
- Knowledge of business processes, technology trends, process improvement and project management
