Senior Executive - Unstructured Claims

What you will do: - Collect documents and manage claim administration - Process critical illness, disability, death and similar claims, checking policy conditions - Handle claims that fall out of automatic processing, and track progress - Keep working files and records for audit - Answer customer questions within SLAs and work with the sales team - Investigate possible fraud and report it to leadership - Follow legal and industry rules, and improve processes What you need: - 3 to 5 years in the life insurance industry - CIP-SLII, or part or full Dip-CII or AIII (essential) - Very good knowledge of medical and financial underwriting, diseases, procedures and medical tests - Fair knowledge of reinsurance and insurance regulations - Microsoft Office, and able to multi-task with little supervision - Advantage: experience in a life policyholder servicing department
