What you will do: - Take responsibility for products through every stage gate, from feasibility and pricing to launch approval - Align Actuarial, Distribution, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Reinsurance and L&D - Track competitor products with Marketing and distribution channels - Manage regulatory submissions and approvals - Give product specifications to IT, oversee system setup, and get testing and UAT sign-offs - Coordinate training and marketing materials - Handle launch readiness, post-launch support, growth monitoring and market analysis What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Analytics or similar - 3 to 5 years in product development - In-depth life insurance knowledge, with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills - Strong time management, process improvement and analysis - Advantage: a project management qualification
