Senior Engineer - Business Intelligence

Build the company's reporting and data models on Microsoft tools, and guide junior BI engineers. What you will do: - Create data pipelines on Microsoft Fabric, including Dataflows and Fabric Warehouse - Design shared data models using star schema, facts, dimensions and hierarchies - Set up security roles and access by country, station and user - Build Power BI reports, dashboards, apps and paginated reports, and handle Power BI administration and performance - Keep data dictionaries, naming standards, data quality and lineage in order - Mentor junior engineers, review their code and set team standards - Present findings to people at all levels and keep documentation consistent What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or similar - 3 to 5 years in Business Intelligence and Analytics - Strong Power BI with DAX and Power Query (M), plus data modelling and warehousing - Azure Data Factory, Analysis Services, Data Lake and SQL Server - Strong SQL and some Python - Good analytical, communication and stakeholder skills, and an understanding of data governance - Advantages: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake), Git or GitHub with CI/CD, logistics or supply chain knowledge, predictive modelling or AI/ML in BI Applicants need two non-related references.
