Executive - Logistics

Run receiving, cold storage and loading of ice cream products, and track returned crates. What you will do: - Coordinate finished goods from production, cold room storage and timely dispatch - Manage reusable crates, including reconciliation with dealers - Keep SAP stock records correct and reduce variances and damage - Ensure accurate picking and loading of distributor orders - Improve freezer truck turnaround and loading bay efficiency - Maintain cold room and truck temperatures for quality and food safety - Coordinate staff and casual workers safely, follow QMS, FSMS, EMS and OHSMS, and reduce cost and waste What you need: - Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar - 1 to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, distribution or fleet operations, preferably large-scale - Inventory, order fulfilment and fleet knowledge - SAP, ERP or WMS, cold chain, food safety, TPM and workplace safety - Strong analysis, communication and team coordination Applicants need two non-related referees.
