Assistant Manager - Financial Services

Lead finance and accounting operations and a team of 10+. Extra hours may be needed at month-end, during audits or for client needs. What you will do: - Manage fixed assets, payables and receivables - Oversee purchase orders and payments in SAP, checking against budgets and approvals - Keep the asset register accurate, including capitalisation and depreciation - Review reconciliations, reports and month-end close, and support audits - Drive KPIs and quality, manage stakeholders and improve processes - Coach and develop the team What you need: - Degree or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (ACCA, CIMA or CA, part or full) - 6+ years in finance and accounting, preferably BPO or shared services - Fixed assets, depreciation, reporting, AP and AR, reconciliations and audit support - SAP ERP or similar - Proven team leadership, in high-volume work with strict SLAs
