Trainee Associate - Freight Operations

A 1-year fixed-term contract processing shipments and related finance work. Roster work, including day shifts, night shifts and weekends. What you will do: - Process pre-alerts and create jobs in the system - Update bills of lading and upload shipping documents - Prepare arrival notices and manifests, and send pre-alerts following procedures - Prepare import and export invoices, checking rates against tariffs - Post costs and create creditor journals - Communicate with agents, customers and internal teams What you need: - Bachelor's degree or part qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar - Attention to detail, good communication and Microsoft Office skills - Willing to work the roster - Advantages: freight and logistics experience, ERP or operational systems Applicants need two non-related references.
