Senior Executive - Production

Run sewing modules to meet production and quality targets, reporting to the Manager - Operations. What you will do: - Help ensure plant targets meet customer standards and the production plan - Handle customer complaints and problems on time - Build strong relationships with customers and other departments - Keep the workforce productive, motivated and compliant What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Production, Engineering or similar - 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience - Technical ability to solve manufacturing problems with other teams - Excellent communication, with sewing, production planning and digital knowledge
