Senior Executive - Embellishment Development

Develop garment embellishments for assigned customer categories, including samples and supplier development. What you will do: - Follow embellishment trends, create ideas and develop them with plants at the right price - Coordinate suppliers, customers and internal teams, including critical path, presentations and approvals - Prepare documents and reports, and carry out improvement projects What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Technology or similar - At least 3 years in plant-level embellishment and costing - Garment construction, sewing and pattern-making knowledge - Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and CAD - Strong customer relationship and commercial skills
