Practice Manager - Databricks

Lead the company's Databricks practice, from strategy and presales to delivery. What you will do: - Set the practice roadmap, delivery standards, operating model and reusable tools - Give technical leadership on Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow and governance - Lead customer assessments, migration workshops and executive discussions - Design platforms using Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric and Power BI - Lead migrations from legacy warehouses, SQL, Synapse and Hadoop - Support proposals, RFPs, estimates, demos and POCs - Build skills through mentoring, certifications and playbooks, and work with Databricks and Microsoft What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar - 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years delivering Databricks solutions - Advanced SQL, Python, PySpark, ETL, modelling, governance, CI/CD and Azure DevOps - Databricks Delivery or Project Expert certification is mandatory; Databricks Champion is an advantage - Fluent written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder and commercial skills
