Junior Executive - Sustainability

Collect sustainability data from offices worldwide and help with reporting. Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply. What you will do: - Collect and check monthly ESG data, and keep the global ESG database up to date - Help prepare Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas inventories and calculations using methods such as GLEC, Clean Cargo and the GHG Protocol - Support GHG verification, sustainability reports and frameworks such as CDP and EcoVadis - Answer customer ESG questionnaires and keep a central document store - Support awareness campaigns, impact projects, ISO 14001 documents and internal audits - Handle meeting notes, trackers, action logs and presentations What you need: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Science, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business Management or similar - 0 to 2 years in sustainability, ESG, environmental management or data analysis - Intermediate to advanced Excel, with PowerPoint and Word - Basic greenhouse gas accounting knowledge and strong data and reporting skills - Good time management, communication and teamwork - Advantages: ESG frameworks, Power BI or ESG software Applicants need two non-related references.
