Intern - Global IT Infrastructure & Information Security

A 6-month internship with an attractive allowance, and the chance of a permanent position based on performance. What you will do: - Support Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams, including access issues - Give remote first-level IT support to users around the world - Help with Windows device setup, compliance checks, software deployment, patching and encryption checks - Manage user access for the ERP and other applications - Watch Microsoft Azure security dashboards and take action - Help senior engineers with new implementations What you need: - Studying for a degree or higher diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking or similar - Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows, networking, cloud and cybersecurity, plus Microsoft 365 - Good English, teamwork and ability to meet deadlines - Advantages: Azure or Microsoft Entra exposure, Microsoft or cybersecurity certifications Applicants need two non-related references.
