Executive - Customer Service (part time)

Look after logistics customers and keep their shipments moving. What you will do: - Build strong relationships with customers - Follow up shipments and keep daily status reports up to date - Give customers timely updates - Work with internal teams to resolve issues What you need: - Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Development, Logistics or similar - At least 3 years in logistics - Strong English, communication and organisation - Advantage: sales or customer-facing experience Applicants need two non-related references.
