Executive - Counsellor

Support factory staff with mental health, social and work-related issues, and improve morale with the HR team. What you will do: - Give confidential counselling to staff and associates - Keep counselling and training records, and report findings - Raise awareness of mental wellness with factory teams - Take part in the IDEA and A&H teams What you need: - Degree in Psychology or similar, and a Diploma in Counselling - 2+ years of counselling experience - Must speak Sinhala and Tamil - High confidentiality and ethical standards - Knowledge of grievance handling and psychometric assessment tools
